1. Acceptance and Eligibility

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DrillEdg ("we," "us," "our," or "the Store") governing your access to and use of the website located at drilledg.myshopify.com (the "Site") and any purchase of products or services offered through the Site.

By accessing, browsing, or making a purchase from our Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Site.

1.1 Age and Legal Capacity

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from DrillEdg. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment method charged. If your payment method has already been charged and your order is canceled, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

3. Orders and Order Acceptance

3.1 Placing an Order

When you place an order through the Site, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) in accordance with these Terms. All orders are subject to acceptance by DrillEdg. We may, in our sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability;
  • Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information;
  • Problems identified by our fraud detection systems;
  • Your failure to meet eligibility requirements; or
  • Limitations on quantities available for purchase.

3.2 Order Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation after placing your order, which acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute our acceptance of your order. Our acceptance occurs when we ship the product(s) to you and send a shipment confirmation email. At that point, a binding contract is formed between you and DrillEdg.

3.3 Order Limitations

We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household, or per order. We may, in our sole discretion, refuse orders that we believe, in good faith, to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors, or orders that appear fraudulent or abusive.

4. Pricing and Sales Tax

4.1 Pricing

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable sales tax. We reserve the right to change prices for products at any time without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed, subject to our acceptance of the order.

4.2 Sales Tax

Prices displayed on the Site do not include applicable sales tax. Applicable state and local sales taxes will be calculated and added to your order total at checkout based on the shipping destination. The total amount due, including all applicable taxes, will be displayed prior to final order submission.

4.3 Pricing Errors

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any order, whether or not it has been confirmed, and whether or not payment has been processed. If a pricing error is discovered after payment has been processed, we will notify you and provide the option to complete the purchase at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.

5. Payment

By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the total amount of your purchase to that payment method.

5.2 Payment Authorization

Full payment is required before order processing begins. By submitting your order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order, including product cost, applicable taxes, and any applicable fees. If your payment method cannot be verified, is invalid, or is otherwise not acceptable, your order may be suspended or canceled.

6. Shipping and Delivery

6.2 Free Shipping

Shipping within the United States is FREE. There are no shipping costs for domestic orders.

6.3 Delivery Time

Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days after shipment. Please note that this delivery estimate begins after your order has been processed and shipped, and excludes weekends and holidays. While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery times, actual delivery may vary due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

6.4 Risk of Loss

All items purchased from DrillEdg are shipped pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been tendered to the shipping carrier, unless the carrier confirms loss or damage in transit and fault is attributable to our packaging or handling.

7. Returns and Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy, available on the Site and incorporated herein by reference, governs all returns, exchanges, and refunds. Please review that policy carefully before making a purchase.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Ownership

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the compilation thereof (collectively, "Content"), is the property of DrillEdg or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

8.2 Limited License

DrillEdg grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site and its Content for personal, non-commercial purposes only, in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Content, except as incidentally necessary for normal web browsing or as expressly permitted in writing by DrillEdg.

8.3 Prohibited Uses

You may not, without our express written permission:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Content;
  • Modify or create derivative works based on the Site or any Content;

DrillEdg and related logos, product names, and service names are trademarks or service marks of DrillEdg (collectively, "Marks"). You may not use any Marks without our prior written consent. 9. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not use the Site to:

  • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation;
  • Transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail," "chain letter," "spam," or similar solicitation;
  • Impersonate or attempt to impersonate DrillEdg, a DrillEdg employee, another user, or any other person or entity;
  • Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Site, or which, as determined by us, may harm DrillEdg or users of the Site or expose them to liability;
  • Use the Site in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party's use of the Site;
  • Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the Site for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any material on the Site;
  • Introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful;

DRILLEDG DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • THE SITE, CONTENT, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS;
  • THE SITE WILL BE AVAILABLE AT ANY PARTICULAR TIME OR LOCATION, UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE;
  • ANY DEFECTS OR ERRORS WILL BE CORRECTED;
  • THE SITE IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS; OR

IN NO EVENT SHALL DRILLEDG'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID DRILLED
